Public sector transformation - digital services
We are currently engaged on a major transformation programme for a public sector organisation through the implementation of bespoke and 'off the shelf' digital services. We are providing advice and support during the pre-Discovery and Discovery phases on a number of concurrent projects.
Multi-lingual digital service
We provided the business analysis and project management for the development of an award winning multi-lingual digital service.
Major organisation merger
We provided business analysis, project management and business change management in support of a programme to merge over forty independent public sector organisations into a single national one.
Call centre business change
We provided business change management advice and tutoring to managers involved in a public sector call centre business change that affected 200 staff and introduced significant efficiency savings. The changes was introduced successfully and achieved the desired benefits.
Development of KPIs
In conjunction with senior management we developed a set of business objectives and Key Performance Indicators to support the introduction of business change.
Harbour authority review
We conducted a short review of the business activities of a UK harbour authority. We analysed the efficiency of their work and identified causes for unplanned increases in expenditure.
